rejected emails to openstack mailing list

I have registered my email against the openstack mailing list: <email address hidden>

For some reason, my emails to this mailing list sometimes (and always recently) fail with the following message:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     <email address hidden>

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain lists.launchpad.net by polevik.canonical.com. [91.189.95.64].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 unknown user

I am pretty sure I am using the right email address.
