transfer ownership zmap

I would like to request the ownership of the ZMap project (https://launchpad.net/zmap) be changed from Registry Administrators to Zakir Durumeric (me). I am the current maintainer of the upstream project (validation at: https://zmap.io/) and we would like to host a PPA here for the project.
