Please remove nssbackup-plugins project.

Hello,

Can you please remove the NSsbakup Plugins project ? (nssbackup-plugins)

This project was intended to hold the development of NSsbackup plugins, but I merged the NSsbackup plugins source code with NSsbackup and the plugins are released via packaging.
So l don't need the NSsbackup plugins project anymore. I have assigned all open bugs of this project to NSsbackup. So there is no problem deleting it.
