Can't pull up save data after running Data Mart

My server is running on version 2.12 and i am currently running data mart in other extract some information and do some analysis. But anytime the operation is successfully completed; when i run a report no information comes up. This normally happens once in awhile and i want to know what is the workaround for it.
Please help it is urgent!
