Please increase PPA space ppa:wfg/0ad and ppa:wfg/0ad.dev

Please increase the space for both PPAs to 6GB which should be enough since there are pending removals of the old binary packages.

https://launchpad.net/~wfg/+archive/0ad is only using 67% of the 4GiB currently assigned, so I've left it unchanged. https://launchpad.net/~wfg/+archive/0ad.dev was rather full, and it has been bumped to 8GiB, since 6GiB as you requested would have left it at 100%.
