create new language for translation (Mon)

Could you please create a new translation file for the Mon people of Burma,
These people are also around the world and I would like to assist translation of this language.

Apparently, we can't change the assignee for the request. This kind of requests are not handled by the Launchpad Translations Coordinators themselves, but are usually handled by the Launchad admins/developers.

You can try to contanct some also on the IRC channel #launchpad.
