My account details can still be seen and stays indexed in google with my real name in the URL. I changed the name months ago, but name in the url doesn't change.

Your account details may not disappear from Google for quite some time. Usually pages are removed by using a robots.txt file. However, there is an expedited removal process as described by this page: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=61062&topic=8459 .

You could try using that to have the page specified by the Google search removed.

My account page can still be seeing despite of being deactivated. Google doesn't remove pages from it's cache, which can be still accessed. I have not enough privileges to add any meta tags or robots.txt files to that page. Url with my name included is still working even if the account has been deactivated long time ago and this problem has anything got to do with google.

What account page are you talking about? I can see https://edge.launchpad.net/~brutopy-deactivatedaccount-deactivatedaccount has not been deactivated.

Can you help with this problem?
