Enable arm bulids for Gambas Daily PPA

Hi,

Could you please enable arm builds on ppa:gambas-team/gambas-daily. It has moved from ppa:sebikul/gambas-daily and i need them enabled in the new ppa before performing the move and disabling the personal one..

it's built daily so there will be at most 7 builds a week, less if there are no new commits. The build time for i386 and amd64 is around 40 min.

armhf has been enabled for ppa:gambas-team/gambas-daily. We can disable armhf for your own PPA if you wish, but it's fine if you're going to delete it.
