Add list of know conversion tools to Bug Import Wiki Page

Would it be possible to add a list of known tools to the https://help.launchpad.net/Bugs/ImportFormat page. It would make it much easier to find these tools so that you don't have to write them yourself.

I currently know of two:
- https://launchpad.net/sfbugs2launchpad: Old sourceforge xml to launchpad.
- https://github.com/kevincox/nsf2lp: new sourceforge json to launchpad.

I feel that having these tools listed will make the transition to launchpad less daunting, because you know someone has done most of the work already.
