Remove etsf-tools project

In 2011, I created the etsf-tools project on Launchpad because we intended to publicly release and package a set of tools we were using on a regular basis at that time. However, a few months later, we completely changed some of our development models and priorities, which quickly made this project obsolete. Since it doesn't contain any code and will not be of use to the community anymore, could you remove this project?
