Please remove a project.

I managed to remove a ppa thinking it was a project. Here I found out how to remove ppas: https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/238145 but I could not find a way to reply to steve's answer so I have raised another question to remove the project page. Please remove this discontinued and obsolete project: https://launchpad.net/positron-release-upgrader
