Bugs are spammed by autoresponder

Asked by Julien Danjou

The user xingzhou with email address <email address hidden> has an auto responder that already spammed hundred of our bugs reports. This is just awful.

Example of bugs affected:
1228465
1217429
1226524
1234165
1232961
1182861

and so much more…

It would be great to do something about this so it stops now and in the future. :-(
