Please delete project "phusionpassenger"

Please delete the project https://launchpad.net/phusionpassenger. I originally created it to test Launchpad's viability as a platform to distribute Debian packages to my users. But I've decided to roll my own APT repository instead. The phusionpassenger project on Launchpad is currently empty, unused, and has no files or code in it.
