Team deletion

Hi,

According to Bug #50525, it seems we can't delete a team by ourselves, so could you remove the following teams please ? They aren't used anymore:
* https://launchpad.net/~plf-contributors
* https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-fr-classroom
* https://launchpad.net/~classroom-contributors
* https://launchpad.net/~classroom-reviewers
