Please re-assign ownership of the twistedchecker project

https://launchpad.net/twistedchecker/ is the result of a GSoC project from 2012 mentored by the Twisted project.

The student has since disappeared. We made the mistake of not registering the project on Launchpad ourselves, and the student hasn't responded to requests to transfer ownership.

Please re-assign the project completely to the twisted-dev team so that we can continue maintenance and development on it.

The project's all yours. The trunk branch is still owned by the student, but you can create a new team branch and switch trunk to that.
