Enable armhf for musl libc PPA

I would like to produce armhf packages for the musl libc library in my PPA. musl libc is a lightweight, fast, simple std C library perfectly suited for embedded systems.

ppa:bortis/musl

I would appreciate if someone could enable armhf building for this PPA.
