yes the ISO-639-2 code for asturian is "ast" It has not ISO-639-1 two letter code
I'm not sure what do you meaning with plural form expression, but, in general, the plurals in asturian forms like spanish:
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=(n != 1);\n"
