requesting ownership change of hawaii loco team launchpad

Requesting an ownership change of our launchpad at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-hawaii to myself due to current owner needing to be removed in regards to some current ongoing issues. I am the current contact for our LoCo and we haven't been able to convince him to make the change in an amicable way. I can respond with some history, but apparently this person is well known for hostility in general and therefore his reputation I believe speaks for itself. Thanks in advance!
