Why error Launchpad error messages so vague( i.e. 1 error)

 Trying to enter calibre bug report.
I tried to submit a bug report on calibre. I filled out all the Launchpad.net fields then submitted . Got a box saying 1 error w/ circle w/red horiz. bar. But doesnt tell me what error is!

I HAD entered attached 4 files but only shows 1 file name. After error message, file name was erased and was not there any more attachments listed.
Looked to see if my bug report is in system but cant find any entry for Calibre problem.

Hi,

The error notification at the top of the page will only tell you the count of the errors -- the field that has the problem should be surrounded by a red rectangle to point out to you that it is the cause.

Can you help with this problem?
