armhf support for ppa:vala-team/ppa

Please enable armhf support for this ppa:vala-team/ppa. I got requests for this while this PPA serves as a build-dep for other PPAs.
The first rebuild-batch to fill up the PPA will exceed the build-count-limit, but from there on it won't be that much updates.
The buildtime is within the restrictions too.
