PPA dependancy: the package should build preperably with packages of same PPA

Hello,
I am setting up a recipe for QGIS (https://code.launchpad.net/~grass/+recipe/qgis-daily-grass-stable) to build upon GRASS stable builds (https://code.launchpad.net/~grass/+recipe/grass64).

How do I make sure, that this build will always consider and use the sources of GRASS stable and not the one in Ubuntu?

The PPA version will be used if it's greater than or equal to the Ubuntu version. There's no way to prefer a lower version.
