Cannot register an account

Hi, I'm asking this question on behalf of my friend, whose email address is <email address hidden>. When he tried to register, he got this message: "This email address cannot be used". Even I cannot register using that email on my machine.

Please help.

Problem solved. Even though that message is shown, his account is still created.
