Please add builds for arm on PPA duh/golang

Please kick off builds for the Go 1.1 packages in PPA duh/golang. These are the otherwise-unmodified Debian package version 2:1.1-1, with an extra conflicts entry added on 'golang-stable' (a name used by many interim packagers).

lucid: armel, though it's perfectly fine if this fails
precise: armel + armhf
quantal: armel + armhf
raring: armhf
saucy*: armhf

(* yes, I know an official build of 2:1.1-1 is in saucy-proposed at the moment; it will automatically supersede the PPA's version when that moves to main.)
