delete project openerp-cis

Hy can you delete openerp-cis & openerp.cis projects I created. I did mistake & didn't know that it was'nt possible for user to delete project.

I've removed those two. If you want to create test projects in future, you can use the temporary database at https://staging.launchpad.net/. It's reset every so often so you can do what you want there without making a mess on launchpad.net.
