Why the blog of developers blog.launchpad.net more isn't had and not updated? Whether expect us any updates of launchpad system?
Why development and Bazaar support was stopped, but thus it continue to use as the main and don't transfer to other DVCS, for example git or hg.
Can you more activies for Russian bugs?

A lack of commits in Bazaar does not automatically mean Launchpad should stop using it. It works, and very well.

Launchpad is updated frequently, check the lp:launchpad branch and the revision number at this site's footer.

I don't understand what do you mean with "Can you more activies for Russian bugs?", but in any case, that is not Launchpad developers' call.
