Recommended user management for private PPAs?

Asked by Delmic BV on 2013-06-11

We would like to use a private PPA to distribute proprierary drivers to our customers. If I understood corectly, access to PPPAs is granted to a _launchpad_ account. Our number of customers is big enough (>10) that I'd rather not have to create a ghost launchpad account for each customer. So my question is: what's the recommended way to handle this situation?

I'm thinking of these posibilities:
 a. Have one ghost launchpad account "Delmic customer" that gets access granted and all our customer access the PPPA with this same credential.
 b. Have a way to script launchpad accound creation and have one ghost launchpad account per customer. So each customer access the PPPA with his own credential.
 c. Have a way to create user account valid only within a team/project and then handle it the same as (b).

I'd rather go for solution (a). What do you recommend?

Solution A would be the best and most suitable option for all those involved.
