I would like to claim the jamesw account name

Hi,

I would like to use the name 'jamesw' on launchpad. This
name is already in use by another user. This user
appears to have never been active. Please may I
take this username?

It would be good form to contact him first at his specified email
address; if you get no response let me know and we can change it.
