Why am I not seeing any activity in my ppa?

I have applied for PPA today and uploaded one package shortly afterwards. This was about six hours ago, but I still see no activity anywhere in https://launchpad.net/~r0lf/+archive/

The problem was solved in IRC, thanks cprov.

I had uploaded with "dput *changes", where I should have done "dput -f my-ppa *.changes" corresponding to the my-ppa stanza in ~/.dput.cf. Furthermore, launchpad needs to have access to the gpg key used to sign the packages.
