Enable ARM on my PPA

Please enable ARM for my PPA at https://launchpad.net/~hansueli-burri/+archive/apcalc-qml
The App is for ubuntu touch, so ARM is kind of a requirement.

Can you confirm your build takes 4hr or less and we will built 10 times or less a week ?

I don't know how long it will take to be build on the buildservers, but building it on a Nexus 7 with debuild takes only about 1 minute. So it should be o.k.

I've enabled ARM on the ppa as requested.
