Create a "juju-project" project group

Can we please get a "juju-project" project group created (using https://launchpad.net/projectgroups/+new I think)? Make the ~juju team the owner of it so we can add relevant projects to it.

The name of the project group: "Juju Project"
The desired Launchpad ID: "juju-project"
A one sentence summary of the project: "Collection of dependencies and prerequisites for the Go version of Juju."
A paragraph description of the project: use the above, we can edit it ourselves later.
The team that will own the project: "juju".
