Unable to login via pad.ubuntu.com

Hello,

I'm having issues with login via pad.ubuntu.com. The error is: OpenID Authentication Required
Authorization is required to access http://pad.ubuntu.com/
Either you have not been granted access to this resource or your entitlement has timed out. Please try again.
You are currently logged in as https://login.ubuntu.com/+id/pt3fJyJ. (logout)

Do I need to ask for permissions to someone?

I've logged the issue with canonical-sysadmin it is currently working but did take two tries to log in.
