Change ownership of gpg key

I imported a key to test packaging with while the mail server for my project was set up. I would like to change the ownership of the gpg key to the new user for the team now that the mail server is running. What is the process to make this possible?

Current Owner: redsoxfan
Desired Owner: darkdevteam
Public Key: 2048R/E4954A5C DarkDev Team <email address hidden>

It's not possible to transfer the key to others.
