ARM builds for ppa:/kralf/naro

Hi. We are kindly asking you to enable ARM build for the ppa /kralf/naro. The PPA will contain a limited amount of packages for deployment on ARM devices running Ubuntu or Debian. Our contributed sources may comprise simple driver libraries which generally compile quickly. Also, we will make sure not to exceed the requested maximum of 10 builds per week.
