How to manage (delete/update/create) Polls?

Hi,

I have created a Poll, and it looks to be created incorrectly, so I wish to update it. Could not find any option and information on how to manage the polls: create, update, delete etc. Is there any manual on how to create and manage polls? Also I need a help to update/improve or delete an existing poll at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-tgk/+poll/speed/+vote
