armhf for a PPA

Hi,

we want to conduct some performance testing related to smart scopes on the phone, so we'd need armhf builds for ppa:mhr3/libunity7-experimental

The builds will include libdee, libunity and a few scopes, so should be fairly quick.

I've enabled armhf builds on that PPA.
