I can't post to launchpad mailing lists

Hello,

I can't post to launchpad mailing list. I've checked the troubleshooting tips at https://help.launchpad.net/Teams/MailingLists#troubleshooting and everthing looks ok.

I've tested recently with an email to <email address hidden> (message id <email address hidden>) which appears as "message not available in a thread of the list archive, because someone replied to it. Look for subject "context=None why? " in https://lists.launchpad.net/openerp-community/

The other test I did was an email to <email address hidden> (message id <email address hidden>) which does not appear in the archive at all.

Any help much appreciated.

Your mail client seems to be configured to send from an email address of "bidoul", with no domain. That obviously doesn't match an address on your (or indeed any) Launchpad account, so your messages were dropped.

Hello,

My e-mail client is gmail, so I don't have control on the from address.

Below are the headers of one of the mails mentioned in my question. Could it be that launchpad had an issue with the accent in my name?

I've upgraded Launchpad's Mailman to 2.1.15, which should let it accept your message. The combination of the non-ASCII character and comma in your display name confused the old version that we were using.
