Please change the import location for
https://code.launchpad.net/~pythonxy/pythonxy/patsy

from
https://github.com/pydata/patsy.git

to
git://github.com/pydata/patsy.git

Because LP does not seem
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/135570620/pythonxy-pythonxy-patsy.log

to pick latest changes:
https://github.com/pydata/patsy/commits/master

BTW, I think for github, there should be a verification in the import form so that the request always enters the git url and not https.
