please allow arm builds

please enable armhf for this ppa [1] and this one [2]

the stable-daily builds once or twice a week, the master daily a little more, and the build time should be less than half an hour.

I will enable them once you can confirm builds will be 10 builds or less a week and lasts less than 4 hours

yes they are daily recipes, and the maximum build time is about 35 minutes on i386 arch

I've enabled ARM on both of those PPAs as requested.
