Unable to view registered page distrocounter

I have registered my website distrocounter for bug tracking purpose at launchpad.net
Now, URL = https://launchpad.net/distrocounter
is giving errors.

The project has become inactive, it is maintained by the Registry and it had no Licence selected. It cannot have no licence selected if it is maintained by Registry

I want the project back.
How to assign it back to myself and then I will set the licence.
I cannot even create project with the same name.

I've reactivated the project and made you the owner again.
