Please Create a Translation Group

Since 2009 I am working with translation for Evergreen Open ILS,
for long time I was almost alone. Now, some people join to help in translations,
which is nice and welcome.
But, I am getting a bigger headache because has many words
that has specific meaning that need experience with system for Librarians.
The problem are that has no easy way to setup a translator reviewer for
a project in a specific language.
Global visibility is nice, because you can attract more help.

But, will be nice to have a way to Project Mantainers define
who will be the manager/reviewer for a language, and that manager
could define the default/available mode for other translators.
I this way anyone could help, but the translation will be forced to be reviewed.

Since, Launchpad does not have these featured yet.
The only way is to have a group to System for Libraries, or any other name that explain
that the contributor is a Librarian or Anyone with Experience in the field.

I'll leave it to you to coordinate the transition with your contributors. Don't forget to set this as your project's translation group, and to select a more appropriate translation permissions model! If you leave it to "Open," everybody will still be able to make any changes they want.
