Need ownership of team transferred to me

I'd like to request ownership of https://launchpad.net/~aims be transferred to me https://launchpad.net/~jan-aims . I've emailed the current owner who has moved on to other employment but not heard back. Is there a formal way of requesting and waiting for some timeout if no response?
