Launchpad itself

Two of import repositories have to have their source modified

As we have altered the organization of the upstream Minetest repositories, these:
https://code.launchpad.net/~minetestdevs/minetest-c55/upstream
https://code.launchpad.net/~minetestdevs/minetest-c55/minetest_game

Need to be pointed to:
git://github.com/minetest/minetest.git
git://github.com/minetest/minetest_game.git

An another thing we'd need to get done is rename Minetest-c55 in launchpad to Minetest, but I personally do not have time for it and the other maintainer of our stuff on Launchpad is unavailable - so I'll try to be happy if just those imports are updated.
