Please change my account name for mgagne

I want to use the account http://launchpad.net/~mgagne but is currently used by someone named "webman".
The user doesn't seem publicly active since end 2007. I tried to contact the user without success. (no answer)
Please remove this account and change my account name from 'mgagne-e' to 'mgagne'.

I'll contact the user and see, as some people use LP without filing bugs so they may never have karma .
