i want to install launchpad in my local ubuntu 10.04 LTS. i'm new to linux.. can anyone give the link for step by step guide to install launchpad on my system. (except link: http://dev.launchpad.net/Running)

That is the page we'd refer people to, there is no step by step other than that page set up, there is also #launchpad-dev on freenode
