Delete duplicated (deprecated) team

Hello!
I'm the actual LoCo Contact for the ubuntu-mx team http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-mx/
We need delete this team: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mexico the owner is not more available, the actual lp team is:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mx. But, also need change the maintainer of this project: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-mx-temario-escuelas to the actual team.

Can you help us with this case? Thanks and sorry for the inconveniences.
