A new OAuth token consumer was enabled in Launchpad

I got this email for the first time ever. It doesn't say what this is about. Does this mean somebody managed to active another Yubikey? Or can this be related to a Launchpad script I used around the time?

Can I assume the total lack of information is a bug? How do I find out what it actually was?

You only have one OAuth token which was created in 2007-01-13

The email dated is "Thu, 07 Mar 2013 17:25:11 -0000", so I take it this was a wrongly sent out email?

I'd like to have confidence that I can distinguish a compromised account from noise.

One thought: the script I used is/ was only temporary, I could choose between "1 hour" and other expiry times. If that was related, it might've vanished from wherever those tokens are listed by now.

If you told it to expire in an hour then that would explain everything.
