arabic-Language Installtion

Dear sirs ,

I have complete the translation and I got tow files 1 .po and the the other one is .mo from launchpad.
How can I install them to the citadel server ?

I'm not sure what the software is you're referring to but possibly reading their documentation might be the best way to help
