Adding languages for Guam

When selecting my language preferences, Launchpad correctly identified my location as Guam, but stated that "No languages are currently registered as being spoken in Guam."

I'm folliwing the instructions on the page and posting here to help have the correct languages added for Guam. While a number of languages are spoken on Guam, the two officially recognized main languages are Chamorro and English.

Please let me know if you need anything additional. Thanks!
