Countries where Scots (sco) is spoken

https://translations.launchpad.net/+languages/sco says that there aren't any countries speaking Scots. Well, while Scots is not on the official "language roll" of any country, it *is* spoken in the United Kingdom (Scotland and Northern Ireland) as well as in the Republic of Ireland.
