Could someone please add this team member as a team administrator for Ubuntu Cuba?

I'm a member of the LoCo Council[1]

The Ubuntu Cuba Team[2]'s owner in LP is presently unreachable. The LoCo Council and I would like to modify Carlos Osiel Rojas Velázquez's (osiel [3] ) account from Member to Team Administrator. The Cuban Team is unable to appear in the LoCo Team Portal until a team administrator accepts an invite which the LoCo Council had sent quite a while ago. We chose Carlos based on his desire to create events for the Ubuntu Cuba Team in time for the upcoming Global Jam.
